Deal expands reach to key global markets from early 2026.

Vishal Fabrics has secured a Rs 1 billion Merchant Export Order from Kiran Enterprises, strengthening a longstanding business association built on consistent delivery and shared values. Under this mandate, the company will supply a diverse portfolio of premium denim fabrics to major international markets, including Nigeria, Egypt, South Africa, Turkey, Morocco and Lesotho. Dispatches under this partnership will begin on 15 January 2026.

The company attributed this win to its strengths in advanced fabric manufacturing, large-scale capacities, competitive pricing and dependable logistics. Its integrated operations allow it to handle high-volume orders with shorter lead times, positioning it well for global sourcing requirements.

All denim produced for Kiran Enterprises will meet internationally recognised environmental and chemical compliance norms, including ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, OEKO-TEX Standard, GOTS certification and Better Cotton Initiative membership. These standards reflect the company’s continued commitment to sustainable and responsible production.

“This partnership reflects the trust Kiran Enterprises places in our manufacturing capabilities and delivery discipline. This order opens the door for us to enter new markets and strengthen our presence,” said Suketu Shah, CEO, Vishal Fabrics.

Sahil Chawla, Partner, Kiran Enterprises, said the company values Vishal Fabrics’ consistent quality and ability to execute large volumes efficiently, noting that the collaboration will support international market commitments in the year ahead.

The partnership underscores both companies’ shared focus on strengthening supply chains, scaling sustainably and enhancing their footprint in the global denim industry.
