Typical salary range post training starts from 1.2 million per annum – giving live and livelihood opportunity with basic education background, which is unique and one of its kind in Corporate India.

Trident Group, a global $2 billion+ enterprise conglomerate, proudly announces the launch of ‘Takshashila’, its flagship recruitment and training program. This groundbreaking initiative aims to recruit and train 2000 entry-level employees from rural and semi-urban India, focusing on employment and skill development.

The Takshashila Program offers a platform for youth from various educational backgrounds, including ITI, diplomas, and 10+2 education. By breaking down educational barriers, Takshashila opens doors for young individuals to earn, learn, and grow, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and personal development. Typical salary range post training starts from Rs 1.2 million per annum – giving live and livelihood opportunity with basic education background, which is unique and one of its kind in Corporate India.

Speaking on the program, Rajinder Gupta, Emeritus Chairman of Trident Group, commented, “Today marks such a momentous occasion as we embark on a new chapter of growth and empowerment with the launch of our flagship program, Takshashila. This program is specially designed keeping in mind social development, economic upliftment, diversity, inclusion and nation building. Towards this, special preference will be given to woman (with 50 per cent seat reserved), rural and economically weaker families, defence service veterans and national level sport players.

“Takshashila embodies our philosophy of ‘Opportunities Unlimited’ by providing a platform for everyone to expand their horizons and be true partners in prosperity. It’s a testament to our unwavering commitment to fostering an environment where everyone learns, fuelled by a love for growing together. It’s with immense joy that we are launching Takshashila 2024”, he added.

Since its inception, the Takshashila initiative has successfully trained and employed over 20,000 individuals from humble backgrounds. Participants undergo structured classroom training, hands-on experience, mentorship, and continuous upskilling, ensuring they are well-prepared to excel in their careers. Many of these alumni have gone on to become influential leaders, entrepreneurs, civil servants, academics, and business professionals both nationally and globally.

The Takshashila 2024 hiring drive is set to reach over 50,000 applicants through an extensive digital media campaign, campus engagements, and rural outreach programs.
