Orange O Tec has installed more than 140 digital printers in India, which together print around 20,000 square metres per hour.

Textile industry has taken a big leap in the digital printing sector. Digital fabric printing, one of the most promising developments in the textile industry, has opened numerous prospects to enhance the quality and maintain the growing demands of textile printing. Anything can be printed with ease and perfection on fabric using digital printing technology.

Surat-based Orange O Tec is a dealer of digital and auxiliary machinery manufactured by several companies. In addition to providing a friendly feature of customisation, the company offers speedy and punctual after sales service to its customers. The company has installed more than 140 digital printers in India, which together print around 20,000 square metres per hour.

Over 35 machines of MS Italy are installed only in Mumbai, which together printing more than 1 lakh metres per day. These machines continue to print even today, and some factories have reached print output level of 30,000 plus metres per day with adding up more machines.

To replace rotary and flat-bed machines, Orange O Tec markets Lario (with a capacity to print 50,000 metres per day) and Mini Lario (with a capacity to print 20,000 metres per day). Mini Lario installed in Mumbai in 2019 is currently working at full capacity of 20,000 linear metres per day.

These days, Mumbai textile printers are shifting from conventional to digital printing due to low start-up cost, more shades and sharpness in output as per market demand, while also contribute to sustainability by saving water, no overlapping, no limit of repeat size, etc.

Orange, with Italy-based MS Printing Solutions, has products that meet requirements of small production to highest capacity. The output capacity can be enhanced with same brand and technology. Meanwhile, MS is continuously investing in R&D to give best products in future as well.

Established in 1983, MS Printing Solutions has a long family history now reaching its 4th generation, full of experience and passion. The company employs approximately 150 people at its two production sites in Italy. With more than 10 patents to its credit, the company has installed around 2,000 machines across the world.

All digital printers marketed and distributed by Orange O Tec in India come with Kyocera heads, which are the best in the industry.

Orange O Tec analyses with customer the technical problem and its possible solutions, using digital, traditional or combined technologies. It then develops solutions for complete textile plants or turnkey plants, from designing to final testing and staff formation.

The main digital printing solutions and ink-jet machines are always available with Orange O Tec in a short time for delivery and installation. The company supplies either the single machine, or the complete plant including all phases of the printing process, from preparation to packing.
