The Union Textile Ministry signed agreements with leading textile playes like Raymond, Welspun, Titan, Reliance Retail and the Sachin Tendulkar-promoted True Blue, under which these companies will procure more from the weavers directly.

In a glittering ceremony held on March 5, 2018 in Mumbai, Brand TT was recognised as amongst the “Most Desirable 30 Brands 2018” and conferred Power Brand Status. Sanjay Jain, MD, TT Ltd, received trophy and certificate from Bollywood superstars Vidya Balan and Mousumi Chatterjee.

The Raymond Group, under JK Investors (Bombay) Ltd, signed pacts worth Rs 425 crore with the government of Maharashtra. This would be to set up residential complex, commercial amenities, school project and sport complex in Nandgaon Peth, Amravati, the group said in a statement.
