Sumangalas machine that prints 8 colours on yarns

Sumangala Machineries is in the field of textile industries since 1993. The companys main theme is Innovation based on advanced technology and quality concentrated exclusively in engineering design and development to withstand the customers needs.

Features of space dyeing machine:

  • Eight colour printing on yarns made out of polyester, cotton, acrylic, wool and blends.
  • Production time 35-45 seconds per cheez of 1,000 yarns.
  • Approximate production 1,200 kg per day.
  • Connected power 8 Hp, 3 Phase, 145 volts, 50 Hz.

In space dyeing machine, printing of eight colours can be done in cold on yarns winded on perforated tubes and fixation can be done through auto clave or steam agers.

Additional apparatus required for the process are as follows:

  • Steam ager or auto clave.
  • Sterror.
  • Air compressor.
  • Winder and rewinder.
