Water is fast becoming the most precious resource, not just in USA, but in the world. Little wonder than that more and more people are turning to water tanks to provide clean, healthy water.

Used widely in mining, commercial, industrial and rural markets throughout US, Rostfrei Steels innovative storage tanks come in modular kit-form enable them to be packed down to one hundredth of their completed size for easy shipment. Liners Rostfrei Steels offers a range of state-of-the-art liner technologies to suit almost any application..

Standard liners
The Rostfrei liner is manufactured from a reinforced, multi-layer, food grade PVC liner with a woven multi-filament scrim.

Primarily used for installation in lighter commercial and rural/domestic tank designs, this liner consists of three permanently bonded layers of PVC fabric.

Rostfrei Steels liner advantages:

  • 3 year written warranty (roofed tanks) for portable water storage.
  • Multi-layer reinforced, permanently bonded with tough multi-filament scrim.
  • Designed against wicking or capillary attraction as experienced in other multi layer reinforced liner.
  • UV stablised and stretch resistance.
  • Commercial liners
    This supported food grade PVC liner is primarily used in conjunction with larger commercial design tank. The woven, super tough scrim gives this liner excellent wear resistance without stretching or tearing.

    Used extensively in tanks up to five million litres, this heavy duty fabric is ideally suited to tanks of almost any size. Both standard and commercial liner designs are resistant to a large range of chemicals:

  • Alkalis such as sodium hydroxide (caustic soda), potassium hydroxide and sodium carbonate;
  • Acids, (confirmation of chemical composition required);
  • Efficient from treatment plants (confirmation of chemical composition required);
  • Salts such as sodium chloride; and
  • Organic solvents (confirmation of chemical composition required).
  • Oils, alcohols and molasses.
