Established in 2006 by Muthukutti Kumaravel, Sri Ashwin Industriess, Coimbatore is specialised in manufacturing and suppling innovative power saving pneumafil products such as rotary filter to stationary filter conversion, common suction pipe conversion and energy sufficient impeller as retrofit to Rieter/LMW?s long ring spinning frames in the textile spinning industry.

Within 10 years, he has successfully installed more than 5,000 installations in 500 satisfied textile spinning customers mills, unbelievably all only in Tamil Nadu. Naturally all of them are extremely happy not only for effective cost saving in electrical energy but also effective and efficient ?waste collection ? thus making the clean environment around the ring frame machines.

Both Pneumafil stationary filters and common pipe suction retrofits ensure increased suction, with less top rollers/bottom rollers lapping thus reduction in manpower working. Equally spindle speed also increases for higher productivity. Absolutely maintenance free as well.

With the payback period of less than six months for the investment made, as an average, per ring frame the power saving could be 1,000 units per months. No doubt Ashwin pneumafil products are money spinners for every Rieter/LMW ring frame machines.

All Ashwin Pneumafil products are marketed by Vetri Engineers, Coimbatore, a well-known company in the textile industry. Vetri ensures that Ashwin Industries manufactures these products for early delivery.
