Springing surprises in quality, stability and technology is a way of life at SB Dyesprings (I) Pvt Ltd. A combined endeavour of its professional work force, quality commitment and competitive pricing, has made the company today as leaders in manufacture of stainless steel dyesprings.

Initiating its activities two decades ago from small premises in Thane, the company has now grown into a 6000 sq ft state-of-the-art manufacturing unit compromising a work force of over 60 technocrats. Headed by Suresh Pawar, SB never stops looking to the future. After building a business of real and sustainable growth, the Indian dyespring leader is all set to tap international market — a great forward leap for a company that put up shingles under SSI Unit.

Rewards for commitment to quality

Never deviating from its focus on quality, the company has always striven for customer satisfaction. And the results are forwarding in form of SB Dyesprings (I) Pvt Ltd perhaps becoming the first dyesprings manufacturing company in the world to be awarded the most covered ISO 9001:2000 certificate.

Quality assurance, not quality control

Quality and perfection is a direction, not a destination. This is the SBs reason for its thrust on quality assurance. The focus on quality begins right from raw materials sourcing to delivering finished products. The products manufactured are of stainless steel AISI316, AISI304 grade. Its dyesprings are at par with international standards and offer longevity and trouble force performance. And resultantly the companys order books are full and its after-sales service force is practically jobless.

Customer Circle: The fast growing customer circle of SB Dyesprings comprises the whos who in textile industry. A few of the illustrious names are: Vardhman group, Sportkings, Siyaram Silk Mills, Mahavir Spinning Mills Limited, Aditya Birla Group, Modern Group.

Beyond the frontier

Quality knows no geographical frontiers. SBs dyesprings are literally and figuratively going places. Today, it exports its products to countries like Middle East, Colambia, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Pakistan, Iran, Sri Lanka and Nigeria, Egypt, Turkey, Germany, The Netherlands. The list is endless.

Salient features of SBs dyesprings are:

  • Precision limit.
  • Customer made to customer specifications.
  • High resistant stainless steel.
  • Excellent resistances to compression.
  • Quality assurance at all levels of production.
