EcoPulsarS with its sustainable eco green advantage represents the fifth generation of Savio winding machines after the iconic models Ras, Espero, Orion and Polar.

Italy-based Savio Macchine Tessili S.p.A., a world leader in technology and innovation in winding and twisting technology, introduced world’s longest automatic winder with 100 Spindle Model EcoPulsarS L in a glittering handing over ceremony on September 22, 2016 at OM Textiles, Coimbatore.

EcoPulsarS with its sustainable eco green advantage, represents the fifth generation of Savio winding machines after the iconic models Ras, Espero, Orion and Polar. The innovative new features removed the structural limitations, thus paved way for world’s longest magazine feeding winder with 100 spindles.

EcoPulsarS—with break-through innovation—gives advantage to spinners with enhanced productivity up to 10 per cent and saves energy up to 30 per cent, thanks to suction on demand system (S.D.S.) and controlled cut system (C.C.S).

With introduction of EcoPulsarS M/L, Savio has once again set new standards in technology leadership, breaking its own records of earlier introduction of 64, then 72, 80 spindle frames and now new record of 100 spindles per frame.

EcoPulsarS with following three models, fulfill the need of the industry

  • ECO PULSARS IDLS: Direct link to R/F feeding
  • ECO PULSARS E: Standalone autofeeding
  • ECO PULSARS M/L: Round magazine feeding

The unique technology of suction on demand also gives advantage to the industry in terms of low initial infrastructure and running cost with low investments in room air conditioning and elimination hot air exhaust trench. The new EcoPularS automatic winding machine is bound to give Savio customers across the globe, leverage to reduce their production cost and make them more competitive.
