The newly-developed C-Cleaner conversion kit (5F+1K) is simple, cost effective, and Sanmit has developed this by using existing LMW 3 flat system into 5F+1K system (5 flats + 1 Mote knife and one aluminium suction device).

Sanmit has developed a new C-Cleaner conversion kit (5F+1K) for LMW carding machines model LC300A / V3 / V4 to improve yarn quality up to 20 per cent in cotton from existing quality by means of IPI reduction as well as clasimate improvement (A1 and A2 fault level) by identical testing condition comparing with existing quality. This design is simple, cost effective, and Sanmit has developed this C-Cleaner conversion kit by using existing LMW 3 flat system into 5F+1K system (5 flats + 1 Mote knife and one aluminium suction device). To maintain original aesthetics, Sanmit has introduced new aluminium suction device with bottom doffer cover and accessories.

This design gives more support to customers to improve yarn quality because of more stationary flat tops with middle suction and knife in SFD side. Autoconer cuts is reduced considerably due to more parallelisation and removal of short fibres.

Sanmit’s elegant design developed in a cost-effective way started booking many orders in a very short span of time.
