Rabatex´s single end warper VMI 601

Rabatex Industries, Ahmedabad, which is the largest manufacturer of weaving preparatory machinery, offers single-end sample warper VMI 601, suitable for any modern weaving unit. It can produce sample warps with short lengths, less than 100 m warps.

The Single End Sample Warper reduces the sampling cost and eliminates the yarn wastage to produce ´replica´ of the sample fabric one has to weave in bulk. This time-saver option will provide one a live warp sample, ready to weave in very less time.

Rabatex´s Stationary Creel VMI 701 is user-friendly and programmable. It has various pattern selection and up to a maximum of 8 different colours of warps can be used. Its specially developed sensor does not allow miss or double ends. Option of thread accumulator is available with 8-cone holder frame.

The advantages of this system include pre-programmable warp pattern for unlimited varieties of patterns; precise response control for thread pick-up and thread change speed by a compact digital AC drive, synchronised with pre-programmable thread feeder pneumatic element. Thread movement is through a precise engineering conveyor belt driven advanced motion control.
