GERATEX., with the motto ´Innovation beyond technology´ will have a world premiere of the latest technology in textile pre-treatment.
The highlight of the presentation at the ITMA is going to be the unveiling of a new direction in textile processing with several advantages. GERATEX will display the state-of-the-art impregnating and washing equipment, which works on the ultrasonic technology and produces best results. With the adoption of this proven technology, GERATEX has made it possible to reduce chemicals, water, steam successfully, to an extent which till now was beyond imagination. With the highly efficient ultrasound technology, the future continuous ranges will be very compact and space saving to an extent of 60 per cent.

The following processes can be improved tremendously by using ultrasonic technology:

  • Desize Impregnation with our SonicPreg?
  • Bleaching with our SonicBleach?
  • Mercersing with our SonicSoft?
  • Washing with our SonicWash?

GERATEX will display at the ITMA, SonicPreg?, a three compartment unit, which can be either fitted on an existing continuous range or can be a part of new range. The company´s vision while conceptualising and designing the machine was to enable customers to integrate it in all existing wet processing ranges so as to maximise its benefits and not just restrict it to new ranges.

GERATEX uses the best quality ultrasonic components, which are sourced from a leading manufacturer in Germany. Ultrasonic has been in use in various other industrial applications successfully since more than two decade with a proven track record.

GERATEX is eager and pleased to receive the textile fraternity at its stall at ITMA and apprise of the latest product innovation. We will be more than happy to share the results of our machine supplied to key customers in India. We await your august presence at our booth.
