Dipti International is extremely happy to introduce for the first time in India, ENAIRGY XL, the best continuous tumbler machine for drying, steaming and tumbling in open width and tubular form from Pentek S.R.L., Italy at Bhavik Terry Fab, Jaipur.

It´s a specialty finishing machine to improve the product market positioning conferring softness, bulkiness and volume, drapery, shrinkage and changes the look such as: aged look, crinkling, millwash, lamb-skin look, spongy look, trimensional effects, etc.

Few facts about the terry towel fabrics

  • Fabric status: 65 per cent moisture from hydroextractor;
  • Fabric weight: 1.2 kg/linear meter (dry status)
  • Productivity: 20 tonne / day (20 hours basis)
  • Evaporation: 650 kg/h (water)
  • Cost per meter: Rs 1.04 (0.013 Euro) / meter (total of electricity as well as gas consumption)
  • Pique fabric case
    Production: 400 Kg/h (average 320gsm), in single strand (open width) or double strand (tubular);
    Residual shrinkage after DesAIR: weft-wise -2 / 0; warp-wise -5 / -4
    For more sensitive fabrics it may be necessary, as expected, to lower down productivity to 300 Kg/h to maintain -5 shrinkage in warp direction.
    Im not even talking about the hand-feel, since its clear that its far superior to any other drying system available in the market.´
