Mahlo, the world market leader in weft straightening technology, is set to present its broad portfolio of solutions for the textile industry, at the 12th edition of CAITME (Central Asian International Textile Machinery Exhibition) 2018 expo, in booth B40. The specialised textile machinery exhibition will be held from September 5-7, 2018, in Uzbekistan.
At the expo, area sales manager for Mahlo, Adnan Andac, will welcome expert visitors who are interested in making their production processes more effective and increase the product quality at the same time. The company will present weft straightening technology like the Orthopac RVMC-15, energy saving concepts such as the process control for stenters Optipac VMC or the quality control system Qualiscan QMS, according to a press release.
The Orthopac RVMC-15 is a modular straightening and process control system available throughout the entire process of textile outfitting. It combines the functionality of a weft straightener with that of a process control system in one compact device. It automatically ensures a straight-thread product before and after the drying or fixing process and optimises the processes all around the stenter. The Optipac VMC-15 measures and controls critical process parameters such as dwell time, thread density, residual moisture, basis weight, and exhaust air humidity.
