MAG Solvics Pvt Ltd is a 23 year old ISO 9001: 2008 company. The company provides complete range of testing instruments for ginning, spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, finishing & apparel sector. It has more than 130 products to cater to all segments and over 7,500 installations not only in India, but in global markets also.

MAG Solvics has grown into manifold in terms of our R&D activities, product portfolio, market size, service networks and customer confidence across the country and the globe. Our efforts towards R&D have helped us to introduce even critical quality control equipment that not only meets the high-technological challenges but also meets customer´s need to improve quality of the finished products and set new standards for the same.

Continual updation with latest technology and Instrumentation engineering are our strength/competency. Our R&D is perfectly using the strength and delivering the customer expected products. Our latest introduction of AccuTrash, Renewed Automatic Trash Separator, is an example for the same.

AccuTrash
AccuTrash is new innovated product where customer can determine the percentage of trash content of the raw cotton, blow room lap and carding sliver. It differs from existing product where the sample can be tested in a single feed (widened sample feeding area) with precise and rapid measurement. Trash is being separated using buoyancy separation technique by an use of air current.

There is three point trash collection area apart from separation of lint after opening the materials: trash, dust and micro dust.

Software was developed with latest windows development tool called ´VB.Net´. It is user friendly where entry and retrieving of reports are as per user convenience. In AccuTrash, there is no user interference required to adjust the Air Current Index. This is achieved by a specially designed mechanism which automatically sets the required air current based on the standard settings, which helps in better opening of the sample and trash separation on continuous basis.

The ICM (Instrument Controller Module) provides High operating speed; noise free and Surge protection Isolation circuitry for complaint free long life operation. MAG is also very much understood that ´Product Quality´ and ´Service´ will only satisfy the customers. MAG ensures that the focus towards ´repeatability´ and ´reliability´ of the results from the instruments never compromised. We will continue to work for the same.
