LMW’s stall is attracting eager industry insiders seeking the latest advancements in spinning technology and solutions.

LMW’s presence at ITM 2024 symbolised the company’s steadfast dedication to excellence and innovation within the textile sector. Positioned at a prime location within the event, LMW’s stall attracted eager industry insiders seeking the latest advancements in spinning technology and solutions.

The state-of-the-art solutions on display at the stall were Card LC636 S, Comber LK69 S and RAP (Ring Frame Auto Piecer) which captivated attendees with their unparalleled capabilities and efficiency.

LMW Card LC636 SX handles diverse applications effortlessly, boasting a large active carding area of 1.95 sq m and a cylinder area of 3.95 sq m. With a 1.5-metre working width, it enhances realisation by up to 1 per cent and saves up to 15 per cent on power consumption, ensuring efficient resource utilisation.

The Comber LK69 S with Precisely Accelerated Combing Technology (PACT) sets benchmarks for combing efficiency, processing up to 2.1 tonne/day @ 600 npm. PACT technology enables higher speeds without straining the fibre and ensures efficient removal of short fibres.

The RAP (Ring Frame Auto Piecer), the fully automated yarn piecing system for ring spinning machine consistently works 24 x 7 throughout the year, receives information on yarn break through YBS (Yarn Breakage Sensor), travels to the spindle and automatically pieces the yarn instantly. It captures the broken end from the package in a unique way without lifting the package, then inserts the yarn into the traveler and gets over pieced. The immediate attention to the broken end ensures shorter auto piecing cycle time around 35s. It also facilitates improved efficiency and consistent yarn quality through precise piecing along with significant reduction in manpower requirements.

These technological marvels not only attracted considerable attention but also reiterated LMW’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of possibilities within the industry.

Drawing upon a rich legacy of pioneering achievements spanning decades, LMW reaffirmed its position as a driving force in propelling the textile sector forward. Through its offerings, the company demonstrated a keen awareness of the evolving needs of the market, consistently delivering solutions designed to optimize efficiency, boost productivity, and enhance the overall quality of textile production.

Moreover, LMW’s presence at ITM 2024 wasn’t merely about showcasing its latest innovations; it was a testament to the company’s enduring legacy of innovation and its unwavering dedication to creating value for customers and stakeholders alike. By prioritizing sustainability, efficiency, and technological advancement, LMW continues to set the benchmark for excellence within the textile industry.
