Authentic
Brands Group (ABG) announced the joining of Henry Stupp as President of Europe,
Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Stupp will spearhead ABG’s brand and business
expansion across EMEA and India.

Stupp will
be located in London, where he will open and oversee a new ABG office and
recruit for dedicated regional teams. The addition of this new leadership role
at ABG is an important step as the company heightens its focus on expansion in
key regions and continues to diversify its portfolio.

Jarrod
Weber, Group President Lifestyle, Chief Brand Officer, ABG, said that, Henry
Stupp is an experienced and successful leader who brings valuable insight to
ABG and his proven track record in connecting licensed brands with
best-in-class partners and driving distribution are important attributes that
would increase ABG’s continued commitment to brand growth in the region.

According to Stupp, he is delighted to have joined
Authentic Brands Group and looks forward to forging new paths for the EMEA
India regions. ABG recognizes the importance of establishing a local presence
in these fast-growing territories and he is happy to work with a world class
team and renowned portfolio of globally-recognized lifestyle and entertainment
brands.

Stupp brings 30 years of leadership
experience to ABG in the licensing and brand marketing industries. He most
recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Apex Global Brands (formerly
Cherokee Global Brands). A qualified NYSE and NASDAQ financial expert, Stupp
also served on the board of directors of Apex Global Brands.

ABG veteran Taylor Morono, now interim SVP of EMEA, who has been
instrumental in the company’s growth over the last decade, will join Henry in
this endeavour to develop ABG’s London office and the expansion of its brands
in the region. Stupp and Morono will work together for brand development,
marketing and licensing, and will focus on accelerating organic growth for
ABG’s brands and driving new business across EMEA and India.
