Through its Export Cell and Cluster Development Initiatives, ITAMMA has organised three seminars on the topics based on the need of the industry clusters.

A Seminar on Marketing, titled "Managing the Current Business Environment" was organised at Coimbatore on 13 Dec 2013 at The Arcadia, Coimbatore where a presentation was given by R Balasundaram, President, The Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Coimbatore.

A seminar on "Award Function and Closing Ceremony of Lean – Ahmedabad Cluster Group 1" was organised at Ahmedabad on 31 Jan 2014 at Hotel St. Laurn Tower, Ahmedabad, where presentations were given by PN Solanki, Asst. Director, MSME – Development Institute, Ahmedabad, regarding various schemes of MSME for Lean Manufacturing programme. Nilesh Arora, Principal Consultant, Add Value Group, Ahmedabad, appreciated the 14 SPV members of ITAMMA of Cluster Group , by offering them awards depending upon their achievement. Shirish Paliwal, Head & Deputy Director NPCL enlightened the audience with innovative schemes of NPCL. Arvind Patwari, Director – MSME – Ahmedabad, also updated the delegates with new schemes of MSME and their advantages in Lean Manufacturing Programme. All 14 SPV members were invited to share their experiences and benefits obtained through the Cluster Development Activity. Considering the tremendous benefits achieved by the members, and due to the over whelming response of the other members, it was decided to implement Cluster Group 2 very shortly.

Considering the important role of the Garment and Apparel Industry in the Growth of the TEI and the need for finance at the right time, a special Seminar on "Opportunities of Business Growth for the Indian Textile Engineering Industry" was held on 14 March, 2014 at the M.C. Ghia Hall, Mumbai.
