Interstoff Asia Essential Autumn 2014 is set to return from 25-27 September to halls 5B & C of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The fair, attended by 174 exhibitors from Asia and Europe at the last autumn edition, will continue to feature the latest fashionable, functional and eco fabrics and garment accessories. "The four Asian pavilions from China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan will bring even more high-quality fashionable, functional and eco products to our buyers," said Wendy Wen, Senior General Manager of Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd. Dongyi Lin, Deputy General Manager of Guangxi Silk (Group) Co Ltd in China was one of the buyers who visited the spring show and praised the product quality. "There are quite a lot of functional fabrics from Taiwan and China, and fabrics from Japan and Korea are also very nice and are good quality," he said.

With a wide selection of prestigious fabrics on display, Interstoff drew together 6,788 trade visitors in the last autumn edition. "Exhibitors were happy with the quality of buyers at the fair, and some of them said 60 to 70% of visitors to their booths were serious buyers from big fashion brands or their purchasing offices in Hong Kong," Wen said. Feng Sun (HK) Industrial Co Ltd was one such company. "Comparing this show with other textile fairs, I am happy with the visitor numbers that came to my booth; more importantly, most of them are serious buyers," said CH Lai, a sales representative of the firm.
