Biancalani Textile Machinery designs and develops quality solutions for preparation and finishing, manufacturing 100 per cent made in Italy machinery for the worldwide textile processing industry. At Biancalani, we’ve been at the forefront of textile machinery innovation. One of our latest breakthrough technologies is the AIRO®24 DUETTO. This is a patented continuous open-width tumbler that essentially packs two AIRO®24 machines into one.
The DUETTO delivers a remarkable doubling of productivity with low energy consumption. It’s a true game-changer in terms of efficiency and cost savings for our customers.
Another recent innovation is our AQUARIA® machine, which allows to utilise patented sustainable washing processes. Through technologies like ECO-BLEACHING, BIO-POLISHING, and FADE OUT using enzymes, the AQUARIA® significantly reduces the use of water and chemicals during fabric preparation and finishing.

One of our proudest achievements is the Green Label certification we’ve earned for our AQUARIA® and AIRO®24 machines. This certification recognises the remarkable 95% process efficiency of these technologies, which dramatically reduces resource consumption.
