Embee’s hi-tech washing equipment is a proven solution for all the challenges faced by the modern day textile printers.

Embee, established in 1956 with a small beginning, always believed in continuous innovation and research for the betterment of today’s and tomorrow’s commitments towards textile printing industry.

Challenges faced with short printing runs

Gone are the days, when the printers demanded for long printing runs. Today, the trend is changing; the demand for shorter printing runs has increased tremendously. Due to this growing demand, the printers are facing problems to meet the production target. To overcome this challenge, they used to believe that investing on new printing machine is the ultimate solution.

Conventional v/s changing trends

However, printers are now slowly accepting the fact that making small investment on other machines is an ideal solution to meet the production target. Investing on simple machines like screen washers, squeegee washers and drum washers can become a game changer decision. Today, printers are not only just investing on rotary printing machines, but also buying washing equipment and are planning the factory space layout accordingly. By using these washers, one can have substantial saving on time, water, labour, which ultimately increases efficiency.

Proven solution

“One of our customers were facing problem with reduced productivity, and to overcome this problem, they were planning to buy new textile rotary printing machine. After understanding and analysing their problem, we proposed them a simple solution. We convinced them to invest on Embee’s highly advanced screen washer, squeegee washer and drum washer. Moreover, the investment on these washers is negligible as compared to the new printing machine. Today, the customer is not only just satisfied with our washers, but after using our washers, the productivity has increased up to 50 per cent,” Harsh Shah, Managing Director and board member, Embee Group, reported to The Indian Textile Journal.

Embee’s solutions are aligned with its vision. Their vision is to be the most trusted global leader in innovative technological solutions which are focused on higher efficiency and returns for sustainable growth of all the stakeholders.

More than six decades of experience with continuous research, technical modernisation, co-operation of our technical and R&D team enables us to offer unique textile machinery products of high quality and precision. Today, Embee provides a complete range of textile rotary printing systems. Innovation has been not only core strength but also a tradition at Embee.

Embee’s solution to increase printing efficiency

Significant saving on time, water and labour: In manual washing, even though the screen/squeegee takes 5-10 mins for washing, it is not properly washed. Whereas, six multiple screens and squeegees can be washed within the same time with Embee washers. Further with drum washer and squeegee washer, waste water can be filtered and reused for washing purpose; thereby, saving up to 90 per cent of water consumption. Embee have manufactured washers which need minimum labour unlike conventional cleaning. Since washing is an automated cycle completely devoid of human interference, labor is required only to load and unload the screens/drums.

Significant increase in efficiency and productivity: With increasing demand of short printing runs, if the customer wants to print up to 2000 m only then achieving higher efficiency becomes very difficult with the manual washing. Embee’s high tech washers help to reduce design overtime from 45 mins to just 10 mins which significantly increases efficiency and productivity up to 60 per cent.

Fastest payback: Since significant time, water and labour saving can be done with Embee washers; the payback is possible within few months.

Embee’s solutions are aligned with its vision. Their vision is to be the most trusted global leader in innovative technological solutions.
