Company to showcase new technologies across five product divisions.

Groz-Beckert is set to present a wide spectrum of innovations at ShanghaiTex 2025, taking place from December 16–19 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. The company will exhibit new technologies across its Knitting, Weaving, Nonwovens, Sewing, and Spinning divisions at Hall N3, Booth A05.

In Knitting, the company will highlight the LCmax™, its next-generation energy-efficient needle featuring a wave-shaped shank that reduces friction and enhances handling. Groz-Beckert will also showcase a co-developed LCmax™ needle with BORGFLY, created with a customized hook geometry and delivered as a prototype within four weeks. In partnership with PAILUNG, two systems—an ultra-fine transfer needle and a new compound needle—will be introduced. The transfer needle, Vo-Spec. 94.41-30 G 0010, features a 0.30 mm thickness and a 0.15 mm transfer clip, enabling precise loop transfer for fine fabrics. For staple fiber applications, the SAN™ SF needle and SNK SF sinker combination minimizes contamination and increases machine uptime.

Flat Knitting developments include the VOSA-SPEC. 89.60-45 G02 needle created with CIXING, alongside the SANâ„¢ TT for tight loops and the SANâ„¢ FY for processing textured yarns. The Legwear range will display its durâ„¢ needles and new toe-closing system parts, while Warp Knitting solutions feature an enhanced module system and a new Piezo-Jacquard guide needle.

In Weaving, the company will present its range of heald frames, healds, drop wires, warp stop motions, and reeds designed to improve production precision and fabric quality.

The Nonwovens division will feature new SiroLockâ„¢ plus worker and doffer wires from the InLine family, engineered for high machine availability.

The Sewing portfolio includes needles such as SANâ„¢ 5.2, SANâ„¢ 6, SANâ„¢ 10, SANâ„¢ 10 XS, Litespeedâ„¢, MR, and DBxK5 SANâ„¢ 1, each designed for specialized applications. Meanwhile, Spinning highlights include a new maintenance-free cylinder wire, upgraded revolving tops, and robust stationary flats developed for fine yarn production.
