A naJet mPower i-series printers are the fastest and most durable single-platen garment printers on the market. They produce the highest quality images on many types of garments. Combined with AnaJet?s proprietary RIP software, the mPower is an easy-to-use and easy-to-maintain industrial garment printer.

The mPower i-series has durable Ricoh stainless-steel print heads and a patented Closed Loop Ink Delivery System enables precise, consistent application for every impression. The virtually airtight ink delivery system, combined with white ink recirculation and push-button maintenance, accelerates cleaning and reduces the likelihood of ink nozzle clogging and banding. The fastest single-platen direct to garment printer, the mPower mP10i can print a typical 12? x 10? light shirt graphic in about 20 seconds. The mP5i takes about 40 seconds.

Sunstar, the India distributor for Anajet, emphasises that this printer is suitable for printing t-shirts, caps, socks, etc. One of the challenges of direct to garment printing that AnaJet pioneered in solving was a way to run white ink through a delivery system consistently without clogging and destroying it.

AnaJet provides specially formulated, high quality textile inks exclusively for mPower. The inks have been carefully calibrated and rigorously tested to work with patented closed-loop ink delivery system, RIP software and on-board firmware for the highest level of graphic quality and consistent ink flow performance. AnaJet?s recently patented Closed-Loop Ink Delivery System ensures that white ink does not come into contact with air until it is released from the print head. All AnaJet printers utilize this method to mitigate drying and clogging. PowerBright inks are water-based and non-toxic. Clean up with soap and water or use alcohol on surfaces with dried ink.

Applications include: can print on T-shirts, sleeves, caps, socks etc., artprint, metal foils, 3D effects, and promotional items ? golf towels, mouse pads, aprons, etc.
