Gabriella Parisse is the new CEO of Velcro Companies

Gabriella
Parisse is appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Velcro
Companies. She is going to assume her role as CEO on November 1. 

Jeff Malcolm, the current CEO will remain a
member of the company’s Board of Directors. According to Malcolm, Gabriella has
an extensive global experience across marketing, commercial, and innovation in
B2B and consumer goods. She is a great choice to lead Velcro Companies as the
company is looking forward to unlocking the power of the VELCRO® Brand to drive
innovation and growth around the globe.

According to Parisse, under the leadership
of Jeff, the company is trying to strengthen its core business and satisfy
consumer needs with the best original fastening products and solutions. She
said she felt honoured to lead this wonderful company.

As a matter of fact, Gabriella Parisse has
experience of more than 30 years in consumer goods and B2B. She has spent 26
years with Johnson & Johnson. She has also served a variety of global
senior leadership roles with responsibility in areas of marketing, business development, and innovation. On the
education front, she graduated from La Sapienza University in Rome with a
master’s degree in Statistics and Demographic Sciences. She was also awarded
the Italian honour of “Cavaliere del Lavoro” by the President of the Italian
Republic.
