Sanjali Impex provides a range of weaving solutions including new airjet and rapier weaving machines, through China Textile Machinery (CTM), secondhand shuttleless weaving machines, Spares parts for shuttleless weaving machines, technical consultant in weaving industries, and has state-of-the-art weaving know-how to produce sheeting, shirting, suiting, denim, shawls, furnishing, dress material as well as technical fabrics. Sanjali Impex has sold various shuttleless weaving machines for cotton/woollen/silk/jute/blended weaving fabrics in various parts of India.

FastMax high speed rapier koom
FastMax High Speed Rapier Loom can be driven by motor directly. Its technology reaches international level and has many patents, with cost performance, perfect man-machine interface, easy operation, high productivity efficiency and low production cost, which can satisfy all market demand.

The super motor direct drive machine,according to the actual load torque,energy saving 20 per cent, and can realize variable speed weaving.

The looms adopts 32 bit microcomputer control. Loom auto stop when weft breakage ,warp breakgae,empty weft,multi weft and positioning stop. Automatically detect and display error. Group control management, remote control, on-line diagnosis.

It is suitable for cotton, linen, wool, polyester and blending. It is enclosed with oil bath lubrication system with cooling unit, ensuring the loom temperature rise not exceed 300 celsius, which can detect oil pressure and temperature and guarantee all the moving parts to obtain good lubrication and long life.

To reduce the weft mark, loom can find the yarn by forward slow motion in reverse direction motor pick finding which can adjust the heald level time.

By space 4 linkrod structure, drive rapier wheel reciprocating motion by setor gear. Insert weft at left, handover in middle, superior weft holding mode to ensure a smooth weft handover. Using the current weft detection technology, whether can realise single hole adjustable sensitivity.
