Epson boosts India’s textile ecosystem with new printing solutions

New SureColor SC-G9030 and SC-F20030 deliver high-production capability for commercial textile applications

Epson, a global leader in digital imaging and printing solutions, has announced the launch of two new industrial textile printing solutions in India – SureColor SC-G9030, a high-production Direct-to-Film (DTF) printer and the SureColor SC-F20030, an ultra-high productivity dye-sublimation printer. These new additions to Epson’s industrial textile portfolio are designed to meet the growing demands of textile manufacturers, garment exporters and print service providers seeking reliable performance, superior print quality and continuous production capability.

India’s textile and apparel sector is one of the largest in the world and continues to witness strong growth, driven by rising exports, increasing demand for customized and short-run production, and the growing adoption of digital manufacturing technologies. As the industry evolves, there is also an increasing focus on more sustainable production practices, with digital textile printing helping reduce material waste, water consumption and excess inventory compared to conventional analogue printing methods. SureColor SC-G9030: Versatile DTF printing for diverse applications

The SureColor SC-G9030 is a roll-to-roll DTF printing solution engineered for commercial textile transfer printing. With production speeds of up to 34.1 sqm/hr and support for a wide range of substrates including cotton, polyester, nylon, blends, leather and rigid surfaces, the SC-G9030 offers exceptional versatility for fashion apparel, sportswear, promotional merchandise and personalization businesses.

  • Integrated front heater to reduce ink bleeding and improve output quality
  • 1.6L UltraChrome DF ink packs for extended production runs
  • Default print resolution of 1200 × 600 dpi

SureColor SC-F20030: Industrial dye-sublimation for high-volume production

The SureColor SC-F20030 represents Epson’s latest innovation in industrial dye-sublimation printing, delivering productivity of up to 295 sqm/hr at 600 × 600 dpi. Built for textile manufacturers and fashion production houses operating at scale, the SC-F20030 combines excellent colour consistency, image sharpness and robust media handling for uninterrupted long-run printing.
