Embee’s next big revolution, LaserBird!

Embee, based in Ahmedabad, provides a complete range of rotary printing solutions. As Embee is continuously working on bringing technology and innovation together, the company now completely understands the challenges faced in textile industry.
Meanwhile, Embee has launched a revolutionary stripping machine – LaserBird! A non-hazardous, chemical free, hassle free and economical rotary screen stripping alternate to the conventional hazardous way. Further, the cost for laser stripping is lowest and it is the most economical way of stripping the screens quickly.
The standard screen length is 2,000 mm and can be customised up to 3,700 mm. With 640 repeats, the stripping time is 20 mins/screen. An innovative hi-tech imported laser is used in the machine for stripping. Another important feature of this machine is the air suction unit that automatically collects stripped waste in separate drum. Software for laser stripping machine is provided with PLC and HMI assisted hardware. LaserBird works in a very simple workflow and with fewer process steps.
