The International OEKO-TEX® Association has introduced Georg Dieners as the new General Secretary. The trained textile engineer will take over from Dr Jean-Pierre Haug, who, after providing extensive training for the new OEKO-TEX® representative, will concentrate on professional cooperation in the technical committees within the OEKO-TEX® Association in the future and also on his function as the COO of the Swiss Textile Testing Institute, TESTEX AG.
Dieners was previously employed as the Director of Product Management at the LHD Group GmbH in Cologne where he was responsible for product development for the global full-service provider for workwear and personal protective equipment.
