Along with the best-selling Vastrajet, ColorJet India also offers Metro digital printer with 16 heads, that promises production in the range of 200 sq m per hour.

ColorJet India Ltd, India’s biggest manufacturer and marketer of wide format digital inkjet digital textile printers, offered live demonstrations of its best selling printer, Vastrajet at the stall of T4 Texultants, which is a marketer of several textile technologies at ITMACH 2017, which was held in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. T4 Texultants are available in hall 8, booth no D-38/E-32.

ITMACH 2017 visitors got an opportunity to take a close look at the process of digital printing and also discuss the nitty-gritty of the printer with experts from ColorJet India. ColorJet has an installed base of over 4,000 digital printers from Australia to Europe.

Vastrajet, a direct to fabric digital printer, has a printing working width of up to 180 cm and can easily integrate into setup of an existing process house. Vastrajet produces brilliant quality prints onto textiles with high colour consistency, using water based inks which are suitable for printing on a variety of fabrics like cotton, silk, wool, polyester and their blends.

Vastrajet offers precise dot placements and high precision printing and is available in four and eight colour variants and is built on industrial grade jetting assembly. For outstanding print quality and perfect print registration, it uses an adhesive belt with built-in automatic washing system.

The structure of Vastrajet is excellently designed to handle high speed production and precise dot placements, while the proprietary AIVC technology ensures high precision printing. The high speed is achieved through specially designed jetting controls to optimise printheads performance, to match the high jetting frequency.

For those looking at higher productivity, ColorJet also offered Metro with 16 heads, offering production in the range of 200 sq m per hour. ColorJet manufactures, designs and integrates every component of its printers like inks, printheads, and control system to ensure maximum quality, reliability and uptime combined with low total cost of ownership.

ColorJet digital textile printers have been installed at several textile fabrics process houses across the globe and has gained the trust of the user community, due to the robustness of its printers and also the excellent after sales service and support.

ColorJet India, the largest manufacturer of digital inkjet printers in India, markets its products in 14 countries worldwide. Founded in 2004, the company maintains its operations via two manufacturing facilities and sales offices spread across seven countries, which include India, China, Bangladesh, UAE and Sri Lanka.

Till date, ColorJet has installed and implemented over 4,000 of its printing solutions and products across 315 cities around the world backed by a strong 278 member team, of which almost 100 are in technical-related functions.
