At SPOVAK, which was held last year in Biddinghuizen, the Netherlands, Hunter Sportswear launched its latest innovation: a safety glove for ice-skaters with the highest´class 5´cut resistance. The glove represents a breakthrough in hand safety. It offers users the highest level of cut resistance, combined with a high level of comfort.

Stäubli has been one of the world´s leading manufacturers of high-speed textile machinery since more than a century. After decades of experience as a supplier of shedding solutions for weaving machines, weaving preparation systems, and carpet weaving systems in the traditional textile industry, Stäubli continued its efforts in research and development to extend its product range.

Santex AG, Tobel Switzerland, will present the Caviscat scatterer at Techtextil show in Frankfurt, which can be combined with other machines of the Cavitec brand to form complete coating and laminating solutions. The grit is fed via a funnel shaped trough on the scatter roll underneath.

The Germany-based Thies manufactures textile machines, which can process a wide variety of yarns, fibres, nonwovens and fabrics suitable for various technical textile applications: for example Aramide fibres which are used for security wear and top-end, bullet-proof automobiles.
