Being Human Clothing wins ?Apparel Retailer of the Year? award

Being Human Clothing was presented with the ?Apparel Retailer of the Year? award at the Indian Retail Awards 2014 held at the Hyatt Regency, Gurgaon recently. Manish Mandhana, Joint Managing Director, Mandhana Industries Ltd, received this award on behalf of Being Human Clothing. Mandhana Industries is the global licensee for Being Human Clothing.

The Awards recognises the achievements of Indias most successful retailers and brands across multiple categories, which includes business performance, customer experience, innovation and leadership, in the retail sector. Speaking on the occasion, Mandhana said, ?Being Human Clothing was launched in 2012 and it is overwhelming to receive the ?Apparel Retailer of the Year? award in such a short span of time. Prior to the awards ceremony, Mandhana participated in a panel discussion at the Indian Retail Congress and spoke on ?The Reality of Retail ? The Experience is in the Brand? along with eminent personalities from the retail industry. Being Human Clothing is currently available in 16 countries and has plans to expand in South Africa, Sri Lanka, UK and the US. The clothing highlights the brand values of love, care, share, help, hope and joy supports the education and healthcare initiatives of Being Human ? The Salman Khan Foundation.

In a unique licensing arrangement with Being Human – The Salman Khan Foundation, Mandhana Industries has brought out a clothing line with a heart where royalties from the clothing line support education and healthcare initiatives of the Foundation. Mandhana Industries Ltd, the global licensee for Being Human Clothinh, launched the brand in 2012 in Europe, followed by Middle East and India. As of 2014, Being Human Clothing is available in 16 countries worldwide: Bahrain, Belgium, Dammam, Doha, France, India, Jeddah, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Pakistan, Riyadh, Spain and UAE.
