Basant Fibertek’s fibre opening solutions for nonwovens

Basant Fibertek offers market leader in the field of pins and pinned products for textile machinery including pinned rollers used in blow room and carding machines.

Basant Fibertek specialises in fibre opening solutions for all types of natural and synthetic fibres, whether it is long staple, short staple or recycled fibres. It is a market leader in the field of pins and pinned products for textile machinery including pinned rollers used in blow room and carding machines, supplying to OEMs and leading spinning and recycling mills and also exporting to more than 40 countries worldwide. Its product range also includes components for open-end spinbox, finishing stenters and perforation of plastic films, nonwoven and paper.

In the manufacture of nonwovens also, there is a specialised requirement for opening of a variety of fibres, including metal fibres at times. Following are the solutions Basant offers for nonwoven applications:

Opening Rollers

To process synthetic, metallic & natural fibres, non-woven waste, rags and clippings etc. Length upto 3.2 m, diameter upto 600 mm.

Lattices

Lattice upto 3m width in wooden & aluminium endless or with joint.

It is used in making machines for Dilo, Asselin, Andtritz, Trutzschler, DOA, Fehrer, Cormatex, Befama, Bematic and others.

Selvedge trim roller

Basant Fibertek supplies these for opening fibres from edge trims. It can be made for trim recycling machines as per OEM specifications.

Brass pinned perforating sleeves

We also supply custom designed Pinned Brass Sleeves for perforation of nonwovens. We can also design and supply perforating equipment that can be easily fitted in existing production line or rewinder.

Embossing rollers

We can make customised design of embossing rollers for applying patterns on the nonwoven fabrics.
