How has the company performed during 2025-26? What were the key growth drivers, major milestones, new launches/innovations and significant developments achieved during the year?
Continuous development has always been central to Prashant Group’s growth philosophy, and 2025–26 proved to be a breakthrough year for the company. During the year, we expanded our product portfolio, introduced advanced technologies and enhanced several existing product lines, further strengthening our position as a technology-driven leader in weaving preparatory machinery.
One of the year’s major innovations was the introduction of a viscose sizing machine with electrically powered thermic-fluid heating. Traditionally, such machines rely on LPG-based heating. This alternative proved particularly valuable to customers during the LPG shortages experienced in the first quarter of 2026, ensuring greater operational continuity. When powered by rooftop or other solar-energy systems, the technology also offers customers a greener and more sustainable sizing solution.
Another significant development was the introduction of advanced direct split warping and sectional split warping machines for monofilament mother yarn. These machines combine the splitting and warping processes into one precisely controlled operation, eliminating intermediate processing stages. The technology delivers higher productivity, improved yarn quality and process stability, while reducing labour, material handling, waste and overall production costs.
In the spun-yarn sizing segment, Prashant Group introduced a faster and smarter sizing machine designed for higher operating speeds, improved efficiency and better occupancy.
A further breakthrough was the development of a double-layer sizing machine. With the addition of specialised components, its double-size-box configuration can simultaneously operate as two independent single-size-box programmes. This innovative flexibility substantially increases productivity and enables customers to respond efficiently to varied production requirements.
The year also witnessed further innovations in material-handling systems and sampling solutions, supporting greater automation, safety and production efficiency.
Overall, 2025–26 was an important year for Prashant Group in terms of new product introductions, technological upgrades and the addition of complete new machinery lines. What are the key factors that differentiate your textile machinery and technology solutions in an increasingly competitive global market?

Our ability to introduce specialised and industry-first solutions further distinguishes Prashant Group. One example is our Robotic Sectional Warping Machine, positioned as Asia’s fastest robotic sectional warper. Its fully automatic leasing operation and advanced automation can deliver up to 50% higher productivity while reducing space, manpower requirements and yarn inventory.
For woven technical textiles, we offer specialised machinery such as the Poly-Beamer with Unrolling Creel for preparing warp beams from PP and HDPE flat tapes used in geotextile applications. The system combines high productivity with precise tape handling and a user-friendly design. Besides Techtronic sectional warper can take beaming tension up to 60000N along with specially designed creel tensioners which can run heavy duty yarn with precise tension control.
Sustainability is another important area of differentiation. Our patented Nitro Technology for indigo dyeing can reduce water consumption by more than 50%, chemical usage by approximately 15–20 per cent and space requirements by around 30 per cent, while also lowering operating costs. Such solutions enable customers to achieve both economic and environmental benefits.
We also select best-in-class components to ensure long-term reliability, consistent performance and high productivity. However, our differentiation extends beyond machinery. Our major international markets include Europe, North and South America, Turkey, Russia, Africa and Southeast Asia. We are strengthening our presence in both established and emerging textile-producing regions, with a particular focus on markets that value automation, sustainability, productivity and dependable long-term performance.
European customers, for example, place considerable emphasis on advanced automation and environmentally responsible manufacturing. This trend has created strong opportunities for products such as our PB-9 Robotic Sectional Warping Machine. Positioned as the world’s fastest robotic sectional warper, it incorporates advanced features such as automatic lease insertion, endless warping and exceptionally high productivity.

How do you see the impact of government initiatives such as PM MITRA Parks, Production Linked Incentive (PLI) schemes and the National Technical Textiles Mission in creating opportunities for textile machinery and technology providers?
Government initiatives such as PM MITRA Parks, the Production Linked Incentive Scheme and the National Technical Textiles Mission are creating important growth opportunities for India’s textile machinery industry. These programmes encourage new investment, capacity expansion, modernisation and technological self-reliance across the textile value chain.
PM MITRA Parks will create integrated manufacturing ecosystems with modern infrastructure and common facilities. This will generate demand for complete machinery lines, automation, material-handling systems, digital controls and energy-efficient technologies.
The PLI Scheme will support the expansion of man-made-fibre fabrics, apparel and technical textiles. As manufacturers establish larger and more advanced production facilities, demand will increase for high-speed, automated and specialised machinery.
