Herschel Supply Co and Anne Klein join Apparel Group for India expansion

In the initial phase, their products would be available on the e-commerce platform Myntra.

US-based Anne Klein and Canada-based Herschel Supply have partnered with Apparel Group, a company that sells renowned brands like Aldo, Charles & Keith, and Bath & Body Works, for their entry into India. In the initial phase, their products would be available on the e-commerce platform Myntra. The company is also actively searching for suitable spaces in prominent malls to establish offline stores.

Recently, Canadian lingerie and sleepwear brand La Vie en Rose joined hands with Apparel Group to enter the Indian market.

The Abhishek Bajpai, CEO, Apparel Group India stated that they were bridging the gap between global fashion and consumers by introducing Anne Klein and Herschel Supply Co to the Indian market. He mentioned, “We continue to bridge the gap between global fashion and consumers with the introduction of the latest launches of Anne Klein and Herschel Supply Co.”

Anne Klein, renowned for its American heritage, is particularly famous for its handbags and accessories. On the other hand, Herschel Supply Co is known for its signature backpacks, duffel bags, and travel accessories.

Tushar Ved, President, Apparel Group India, expressed, “This strategic expansion reflects our commitment to delivering the best of international fashion to India. This move not only enhances brand diversity but also opens new avenues for Indian shoppers to access their favourite American brands right here in India.”

Apparel Group, a global fashion and lifestyle retail conglomerate, operates over 1900 retail stores and offers 75 different brands across all platforms. The company has a strong presence in the GCC region and has successfully established itself in the Indian, South African, Singaporean, Indonesian, Thai, and Malaysian markets.
