Quarterly revenue rises 29%, while profit surges 144% amid improved margins.

PDS, a global supply chain solutions company specialising in product development, sourcing, manufacturing and brand management, reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue of Rs 44.32 billion in Q2 FY27, registering a 28.7% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) increase.

The company’s EBITDA rose 59.3% QoQ to Rs 1.53 billion, with operating margins improving by 66 basis points to 3.5%. Profit after tax (PAT) surged 144.4% QoQ to Rs 700 million, achieving a margin of 1.6%.

For the first half of FY27, PDS reported consolidated revenue of Rs 78.76 billion, reflecting a 22.7% year-on-year (YoY) increase. EBITDA grew 62.3% YoY to Rs 2.49 billion, with margins expanding by 77 basis points to 3.2%. PAT increased 43.8% YoY to Rs 980 million, representing a margin of 1.3%.

The company also strengthened its financial position, achieving a net cash surplus of Rs 1.54 billion while improving net working capital to negative five days. PDS declared an interim dividend of Rs 2.20 per share, representing a 33% increase over the previous year.

Pallak Seth, Executive Vice Chairman, PDS Limited, highlighted the company’s record quarterly performance and margin expansion. He noted that growth across business categories remained strong, with North American operations recording approximately 44% growth during H1 FY27. The company’s strategy focuses on acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships across multiple product categories, geographies and services.

Sanjay Jain, Group CEO, PDS Limited, attributed the stronger financial position to disciplined cash management and tighter working capital controls. He also highlighted progress in improving the profitability of newer investments and rationalising the company’s business portfolio.

PDS has initiated its digital and artificial intelligence (AI) transformation roadmap to improve productivity, strengthen operational efficiency and optimise capital allocation across its supply chain operations.

With a diversified international sourcing and manufacturing network, PDS aims to expand its service offerings, strengthen customer relationships and sustain profitable growth across global markets.
