Founder Amar Nagaram highlights community-led sustainable fashion push.

Bengaluru-based sustainable fashion-tech brand VIRGIO has strengthened its offline presence with the launch of its new flagship store in Hyderabad, marking a strategic step in its expansion across key Indian markets. The move underlines the brand’s commitment to making conscious, tech-enabled and trend-first fashion more accessible to consumers across the country.

Founded with the objective of challenging conventional fast-fashion models, VIRGIO has positioned itself at the intersection of style, sustainability and technology. The brand focuses on mindful design and responsible sourcing, with collections crafted using natural and recycled fabrics, comfort-driven silhouettes and processes rooted in environmental responsibility. Over the years, VIRGIO has steadily built a strong footprint across both digital and physical retail channels, and the Hyderabad launch represents another milestone in this journey.

Designed as an immersive retail space, the new store aims to offer customers a deeper understanding of VIRGIO’s approach to sustainable fashion. Clean design elements, thoughtful layouts and a welcoming ambience allow shoppers to explore collections at ease, while also engaging with the materials, craftsmanship and values behind each product.

Commenting on the launch, c, Founder, VIRGIO, said, “This store isn’t just a new location, it’s a space for the community to engage with conscious fashion in a meaningful way. Our focus has always been on making sustainability accessible, relevant, and easy to adopt. Hyderabad’s evolving fashion landscape aligns well with our vision, and we’re excited to build deeper connections with customers here.”

The Hyderabad expansion reinforces VIRGIO’s broader strategy of integrating tech-driven insights, on-demand production and community engagement. As the brand continues to scale its retail presence across India, it aims to contribute to a future-ready fashion ecosystem that balances innovation, responsibility and consumer awareness.
