ColorJet’s VASTRAJET at GARFAB-TX

India’s biggest manufacturer and marketer of wide format digital printers, ColorJet India Ltd gave a live demonstration of its robust and best selling direct to fabric digital textile printer, the VASTRAJET, at GARFAB-TX, which ran from March 9-11, 2018 at Sarsana Convention Centre, Surat.

VASTRAJET is a brilliant digital textile printing machine, with a working printing width of up to 180 cm and can be easily integrated into an existing process house set-up. It produces brilliant quality prints onto textiles with high colour consistency, using water based inks, which are suitable for printing on a variety of fabrics like cotton, silk, wool, polyester and their blends.

VASTRAJET offers precise dot placements and high-precision printing and is available in four and eight colour variants and is built on industrial grade jetting assembly. For outstanding print quality and perfect print registration, it uses an adhesive belt with built-in automatic washing system. The structure of VASTRAJET is excellently designed to handle high-speed production and precise dot placements, while the proprietary AIVC technology ensures high-precision printing. The high speed is achieved through specially designed jetting controls to optimise printheads performance, to match the high jetting frequency.

“VASTRAJET is the most successful model from the Colorjet India digital textile printer portfolio, with a tried and tested method of printing. For those looking at higher productivity, ColorJet also showed the METRO, which comes with 16 heads and production speed in the range of 200 sq m per hour. This model from Colorjet too has found good response from Surat and Jaipur.
