EDANA launches OUTLOOK´ Asia awards

EDANA, the leading global association and voice of the nonwovens and related industries has announced the launch of a new award for the nonwovens industry, specifically aimed at the Asia-Pacific region.
Companies can nominate either a nonwoven product a product containing nonwoven elements or a service for personal care and hygiene, which has been developed, designed, manufactured and/or is on sale in Asia Pacific (including Australia, New Zealand and the Indian subcontinent). Nominations can be from any point along the supply chain.

Companies interested can enter their company by visiting the OUTLOOK Asia event page on www.edana.org All submissions should be entered to the electronic web form by the close of business (GMT) on 7 November. Short-listed finalists will then be given the opportunity to present their product or service at the conference, and delegates will be asked to vote for their preferred company. The winner will be announced at ceremony at the close of the conference.

´EDANA is keen to provide companies located in, or manufacturing products for the Asia Pacific markets, giving those leading companies a platform to showcase their innovative products or services.´ said Abby Bailey ´OUTLOOK´ Asia has already been established as a must-attend event for innovative companies based or with an interest in Asia Pacific, and is recognized as connecting the fast-growing nonwovens industries across the continent.´

In its second edition, OUTLOOK´ Asia is part of the EDANA global Outreach programme to extend the reach of its established events to new markets, and offers a unique conference and networking event for the nonwovens personal care products industry, with a two-day event in Singapore.

OUTLOOK´ Asia offers the nonwovens personal care products supply chain, access to and support in this leading region. The conference offers delegates networking opportunities with participants from across the global personal care products supply chain, ideal facilities for additional business meetings and top level speakers, presenting topics tailored to the needs of executives from the personal care products industry.
