In mechanical engineering, as in all areas of life, there are new technical developments, which supersede the old in the long term. Among these are electric push-rod actuators from Elero Linearantriebstechnik. They are lubricant-free, and have a constant stroke speed and a mechanical self-locking mechanism. Moreover, they may be positioned exactly, are virtually maintenance-free, and insensitive to heat, cold and dust. A particular feature of the Elero actuators is considerable power with small space requirements. With these application advantages, a wide product range and customer-oriented services, Elero is in a position to offer a suitable actuator solution for every installation situation.

Compakt – Compact push-rod actuator: The linear actuator Compakt stands out thanks to its extremely short construction. It has a load-bearing capacity of 400 to 15,000 N, thus making it capable of moving the locks on sliding gates, titling fixtures, butterfly valves, lowerable windows and hoisting tables. As with all Elero linear actuators the push rod has an anti-rotation locking element.

Econom – Slender actuator for every installation situation: The actuators in the Econom series may be used in numerous installation situations thanks to their load-bearing capacity of as much as 20,000 N and their slender design. As the Econom – just like all linear actuators – is lubricant-free and also available in stainless steel.

Herkules – Power pack for high loads: The linear actuators in the Herkules series have small dimensions with high load-bearing capacities of 14,000 to 50,000 N. They are extremely robust, impact-resistant and protected against contamination.

Junior – Small actuator with great strength: The push-rod actuators in the Junior series are outstanding thanks to their high degree of precision. With a load-bearing capacity of 10 to 10,000 N they adjust, for instance, dosage facilities, tilting fixtures, shutters, valves and slides.

Picolo XL – Slender stainless steel actuator: With a diameter of only 48 mm, a stainless steel housing and a load-bearing capacity of 1,200 N the Picolo XL is suited to all installation situations in which a slender, powerful actuator with a sophisticated design is required.

Vario – Linear actuator for tough cases: Thanks to its driving force of 50,000 to 100,000 N the Vario model range is used wherever great strength is required in a small space – for instance in special engineering applications and shipbuilding.
