Printech China – the digital and screen-printing fair –
is going to be held in the new year from January 7-9, 2022. The rescheduled
dates are expected to offer greater certainty to participants over their travel
plans.
According to Wendy Wen, Senior General
Manager of Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, it is seen that China has done a good job
in bringing the latest Covid cases under control. She also said that there is a
possibility that the travel plans of people to Shanghai are going to get
disrupted. The team is keeping this in mind and is adhering to the government
guidelines due to which it is trying to hold the fair next year in January.
She also said that after the success of the
first Shenzhen edition last year, the team is committed to hosting another
event successfully in Shanghai after taking the feedback from buyers and
exhibitors. They are of the opinion that such trade fairs are playing an
important role in their recovery post the impact of the pandemic. So, everybody
is excited to welcome the industry to the fair in January 2022 so that they can
start the New Year on a good note.
In past, the 2020 edition of DS Printech
China hosted 200 exhibitors, 8,853 visitors, and there were over 130,000 online
participants. The fair was co-organized by China Screen Printing & Graphic
Imaging Association (CSGIA), Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, and Guangzhou Teyin
Exhibition Service. The fair is a rebranded fair of two events including CSGIA
and Textile Digital Printing China. This fair is an influential platform dedicated to the
digital and screen printing industry.
