Fashion institute IIFD joins hands with FDCI

Indian Institute of Fashion & Design
(IIFD) has announced the collaboration with Fashion Design Council of India
(FDCI) as their institutional member.

IIFD and FDCI
aims to provide the best of education to Fashion and Textile Design Students.
IIFD is known for a number of fields including fashion design, interior design,
and textile design. The institute focuses on preparing students for
professional excellence through comfortable, affordable and unique academic
programs, keeping in mind the requirement for a successful career and
networking.

The
collaboration will add to the business of fashion, along with advertising,
marketing, growth and increased competition with the other fashion institutes.

According to
Vimi Vansil, Director, IIFD, the high quality of education along with a great
placement record has helped the institute to sustain. It also provides an
excellent infrastructure, intensive and well-structured courses and a highly
experienced faculty.

IIFD has been
successful in balancing design education and market research. It is successful
in hosting fashion shows in India and has an edge over other institutes in
terms of student’s preferences, professional growth and placement
opportunities. It has a hundred % placement assistance score with around 100
available career options.

With over 400
members, IIFD
is the apex body of fashion design in India. Some of the names that IIFD is
associated with are Sabyasachi, Rohit Bal, JJ Valaya, Namrata Joshpura, Anju
Modi, and Manish Arora.
