Welspun Living appoints Updeep Singh as the Director

Earlier, Singh was a President and CEO at Sutlej Textiles and industries.

Welspun Living announces the appointment of Updeep Singh as the Director – Growth Initiatives. He will report to Dipali Goenka, the Managing Director & CEO. In his current role, Singh assists Goenka in various aspects of growth initiative work, including exploration, conception, designing, sensitivity analysis, and implementation.

With experience across the textile value chain, including the textile machinery industry, Singh acknowledges the appeal of returning to Welspun. He notes that Welspun is renowned for its growth, innovation, resilience, and commitment to excellence. Gratefully, he conveys his thanks to B K Goenka and the leadership team for the warm welcome back, acknowledging their dedication to guiding the company through dynamic landscapes and positioning Welspun as an industry leader.

Earlier, Singh was a President and CEO at Sutlej Textiles and industries. During his tenure at Sutlej Textiles, he played a crucial role in steering the company towards eminence. He successfully transformed it into a premier textile brand and a preferred employer in the industry.
