Mills Ltd and Lambodhara Textiles Ltd have announced the closure of operations
in their Tamil Nadu mills due to the COVID-19 spread. While Lambodhara Textiles
Ltd decided to suspended operations from May 24, 2021, until further notice,
Loyal Textile Mills announced that its facilities located in Kovilpatti, Sattur
and Sivagangai will remain closed from May 24, 2021, to May 31, 2021.

Mills Ltd mentioned in a filing that the measure has been taken in line with
the initiatives of the Tamil Nadu government and to
ensure the safety and health of all its stakeholders including employees.
