Over 200 employees across various categories recognised and honoured for exemplifying Trident’s core values.

Trident Group, a leading global textile and paper conglomerate, celebrated its annual Values Day with enthusiasm and pride, bringing together its people to reaffirm the values that continue to shape the organization’s culture, growth and journey.

The occasion carries a special emotional significance for Trident Group, as it commemorates the birth anniversary of Nohar Chand Gupta, revered father of Chairman Emeritus, Padma Shri Rajinder Gupta.

The day serves as a meaningful reminder of the principles and values that have remained an integral part of Trident’s organizational ethos.

The celebrations commenced with the traditional lighting ceremony, symbolizing enlightenment, unity and a shared commitment towards a brighter future.

Rajinder Gupta highlighted the importance of values in building a strong and sustainable organization. He reiterated Trident’s commitment to honesty and integrity, teamwork, customer satisfaction, and continuous growth and development—principles that continue to guide the organization’s people and business journey.

Adding vibrancy to the celebrations, employees presented a series of cultural performances that showcased their creativity, enthusiasm and diverse talent. The event reflected the strong sense of togetherness that defines the Trident family.

A key highlight of the celebrations was the Reward & Recognition (R&R) ceremony, where more than 200 employees across various categories were recognized and honoured for exemplifying Trident’s core values through their dedication, performance and contribution.

The recognition celebrated not only individual achievements but also the collective spirit that drives the organization forward.

Values Day once again emerged as a celebration of people, purpose and principles—reinforcing Trident Group’s commitment to fostering a workplace culture rooted in integrity, collaboration, customer-centricity and continuous improvement.

As Trident continues to evolve and grow, Values Day stands as a reminder that enduring success is built not only through business performance, but also through the values and people that form the foundation of the organization.
