TAI Mumbai to organise a conference on sustainability and circularity

This conference will be attended by around 400 quality participants.

The Textile Association (India), Mumbai Unit is organising an international conference on ‘Sustainability and Circularity The New Challenges for The Textile Value Chain’ on January 31, 2024 at Hotel The Lalit, Mumbai.

The participating delegates will be benefitted immensely from this conference and help them in conveying that sustainability and circularity is not a choice anymore but a necessity. This conference will be attended by around 400 quality participants.

Virendra Singh, IAS, Secretary (Textiles), Cooperation, Marketing & Textile Dept, Govt of Maharashtra and Roop Rashi (IA&AS), Textile Commissioner, Ministry of Textiles, Govt of India, will be the Guest Of Honours.

Dr Naresh Tyagi, Chief Sustainability Officer, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, will be the keynote speaker.

Dr Sharad Kumar Saraf, Chairman and Managing Director, Technocraft Group and Rajkumar Agarwal, Managing Director, SVG Fashions, will felicitate the dignitaries.

There will also be a panel discussion on ‘Achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN-SDGs).’
