The Union Minister of Textiles, Smriti Zubin Irani, inaugurated a Garment Making centre here at Lamboikhongnangkhong. The estimated cost for installing the centre will be Rs 18-crore and to be completed within nine months.
November 27, 2016 saw the inauguration of a new apparel and garment making centre at Imphal, Manipur by Smriti Irani, Union Minister for Textiles, Government of India.
