Suessen exhibited its latest products at Igatex 2016 in Lahore, Saigontex 2016 at Vietnam; IndoInterTex 2016 at Jakarta.

Suessen at the recently held Igatex 2016 in Lahore showcased the following products: In ring spinning, EliTe CompactSet Advanced with new components: as EliTop Advanced with EliSpring and HP-GX 3010RPT Top Weighting Arm – replacement of pneumatic top arm.

In open-end ring spinning, the following products were showcased: PS7 TwinDisc and TwistTrap Navel.

Suessen’s EliTe Compact Set is the world’s most in demand compact spinning system. EliTe CompactSet Advanced with the new components and devices makes the system even more attractive for our customers and more competitive in the market. The reputed SUESSEN HP-GX 3010 Top Weighting Arm in version “RPT” replaces pneumatic top arm systems on ring spinning machines reusing the given top roller equipment.

The company presented its Modernization SpinBox SQ equipped with SUESSEN Premium Parts Spinning Components such as ProFiL Rotors, ProFiL Pads, TorqueStop, SOLIDRING, Fibre Channel… and the new Premium Parts products:

PS7 TwinDisc and TwistTrap Navel.

PS7 TwinDisc – “P”ower “S”aving “7” mm – show a reduced width of the disc and thus a smaller contact area to the rotor shaft. This guarantees significantly reduced energy consumption. The TwistTrap Navel creates additional false twist in the zone of highest spinning tension – within the rotor – when spinning knitting yarn of cotton in the range of Ne 18 to Ne 40, achieving production increase of 5 per cent to 15 per cent by reducing the twist multiplier without increasing the rotor speed.

Suessen Premium Parts also provide modernisation packages like trash channel, carbon fibre rod, SRK to SRZ modernisation, package cradle shock absorber, etc.

Suessen promotes its products under the slogan “… market oriented solutions…”, demonstrating the competence in handling and processing natural and man-made-fibres within the ring- and rotor spinning fibre formation process. During Igatex 2016, Suessen exhibited together with its local agent ATC – Associated Textile Consultants (Pvt). Since its foundation in 1920, Suessen has been of great value for the spinning industry by an immeasurable amount of innovations and developments with lasting effect and influence on the history of spinning. Some historic developments are the Open-End Rotor SpinBoxes SE-Series for Autocoro Rotor Spinning Machines SE 7 – SE 10, the HP-A and HP-GX Drafting Systems for ring spinning and roving machines and the EliTe Compact Spinning System.

Suessen makes considerable investments in continuous R&D, combined with applied research that is directly carried out at its customers’ mills. This ensures that it is able to further develop its technical and technological components in both an uncompromising and resolute manner.
