Shreeji’s latest EAM9100 loom

Based in Surat, Gujarat, Shreeji Int’l Inc offers a wide range of fabrics such as shirting fabrics, suiting fabrics, warp-knitted fabrics, curtain fabrics, rain wear fabrics, and many more.

Various products offered by Shreeji Int’l Inc include single nozzle waterjet looms, double nozzle waterjet looms, high speed waterjet looms, CAM motion waterjet looms, dobby motion waterjet looms, Jacquard waterjet looms, four colour air jet looms and rapier looms.

EAM9100 from Shreeji Int’l Inc is a newly-designed model that provides robust frame structure rigid grinder, and reduces vibration. The 4link beating motion system with solid rocking supporter ensures smooth and powerful beating at high speed using main nozzle and sub-nozzle. It realises stable filling insertion at high speed. Double feeler system are used to prevent short and fold pick equipped with precise electronic let-off (ELO) and warp tension control device. It can react synchronously to change warp beam diameter. The warp yarn tension remains the same thus ensure weaving of high quality and thick fabric smoothly at ultra high speed. The button control panel with LCD monitor makes it easy to monitor the operating condition. The high-tech IT board and sophisticated software system built in are powerful to weave complex fabric smoothly at ultra-high speed.
