Organised by the International Expo Consults (IEC) as part of Falak Holding, the Sign and Graphic Imaging (SGI) Dubai 2018 show will be held from January 14-16, 2018 at DWTC Dubai, UAE. The fair’s textile pavilion will propagate the adoption of digital printing. The event will highlight areas like heat transfer printing, digital textile printing, fabric printing, custom flags for tradeshows and conventions, table covers with logos and banners and more. Textile printing entrepreneurs from across the world are expected to converge at the event to provide insights about the textile printing industry.
Open system inkjet print heads that enable use of inks from multiple vendors will be present at SGI Textile 2018. Lower priced competitive solutions, high-quality inkjet print heads and more will also be displayed at the show.
Textile printing is the next big thing due to the growing number of fashion brands and also the growth in events, home décor and hospitality industry sectors. As per the Global Industry Analysts report, the printed textiles market is proposed to reach 29.8 billion sq m by 2020. This marketplace was formerly a trading centre and is now transforming into a vibrant hub that will encompass textile manufacturing and exports.
