The Sabar automated servo controlled cot grinding machine with diameter set software is suitable for small cots like ring frames, speed frames, elite etc., and long cots like draw frames, combers, etc.

Launched in 1961, Sabar Machine Tools Mfg is one of the leading spinning roll shop machinery manufacturers and exporters. In 1969, the company launched Sabar standard cot grinding machine (STANCOT & EXSTANCOT), which became its first mass selling cot grinders. In 1998, Sabar Machine Tools Mfg launched the automatic cot grinding machine (AUTOCOT), which has a unique technical feature for auto feeding of top rollers + CRC + FRTM + HYDFRT.

Later in 2007, Sabar introduced its first twin automatic cot grinding machine (TWINCOT) with simultaneous grinding of small and long cots + FCRC + AFCRC + BORO–B + TUV. The name and the brand SABAR stand for the first class quality as well as reliability. Thus more than 3,000 spinning mills are enjoying outstanding production of Sabar Machines. Besides in the year 2019, Sabar launched dual head fully automated servo controlled cot grinding machine with diameter set software (DUALHEAD SERVOCOT).

The Sabar automated servo controlled cot grinding machine with diameter set software (DUALHEAD SERVOCOT) is suitable for small cots like ring frames, speed frames, elite etc., and long cots like draw frames, combers, etc., in addition to airjets, Rocos and open end.

The automatic feeding is based on Servo controlled with touchscreen PLC / MMI and diameter set software, while the manual feeding is based on hydraulic table traverse. The grinding range for ring and speed frames, elite rollers come with diameter of 25 mm to 40 mm and length of maximum of 190 mm. The grinding range of draw frame / comber roller comes with diameter of 20 mm to 100 mm and length of maximum of 500 mm.

The diameter is set software provided. Means as per the user’s input, the machine will take grinding cut. If cot is out of diameter range, then the machine will reject it automatically. The production capacity is 300-325 top rollers per hour.
